To be registered in the driving school it is necessary to take your passport with you, fill in an application-contract, pay first deposit or overall cost. Before the beginning of practical driving lessons you have to pay the second deposit, pass domiciliary medical inspection (any medical board for Kyiv inhabitants).
Also you have to give the medical certificate for drivers of a due form, its copy, 3 photos (2 color photos with size 3,5 x 4,5 are for the driving license, and 1 photo of any size and color - for a driving lessons card ).
The citizenship and registration are of no importance for studying at the driving school and obtaining the certificate.
To pass the exams in the Kyiv state motor licensing and inspection department it is necessary for citizens of foreign countries and stateless persons to have a residence permit or temporary registration in Kyiv.
